A new perfume Joy by Dior Intense was launched in August 2019 with actress Jennifer Lawrence continuing to star as the face of the advertising campaign. With a deeper floral scent than the 2018 original, the fragrance created by perfumer Francois Demachy, "blends creamy and woody notes" with an "intense burst of flowers" reminiscent of fireworks. Notes include Centifolia Rose and Jasmine Grandiflorum from Grasse, France blended with a spark of neroli. The luminous new fragrance is available in an eau de parfum intense spray.
