Candie's was originally a Charles Cole "El Greco" line of shoes, founded in 1981. Iconix Brand Group purchased the brand in 1993, and Kohl's has exclusively selling rights since 2005. The original fragrances, Candie's and Candie's Men were produced by Liz Claiborne.
